  1. Work with a debt consultant to submit a preliminary application to see if you might pre-qualify for one of the debt solutions.
  2. The debt consultant will then submit your application to the attorney.
  3. The complete application will then go to the attorney underwriting staff for final review.
  4. If you are approved for one of the debt programs, the attorney will contact you directly and discuss with you his recommendations.
  5. There is no attorney consultation fee.

If everybody agrees to move forward, you will be enrolled in the program best suited to you. The attorney's staff will work with you for the duration of your debt payoff schedule to assure you follow the program to reach the success you desire to fulfill your obligations to honor your debts.
